Nick worked closely with me on various Truckle Cheese company projects throughout 2020. He had a wealth of knowledge, expertise and contacts that he freely shared. He was so passionate about what food and drink producers in the Cotswolds could offer. He wanted the Cotswolds to become known a culinary destination, not just for its natural beauty. Latterly Nick was in much discomfort with Sciatica and sadly was admitted to hospital for a back operation. He fully supported and observed the Lockdown rules. It’s so dreadful that he should end his life alone having caught Covid-19 whilst in hospital. He of course enjoyed his beer and worked closely in this sector too. Nick is a massive loss to the food and drink sector and I will always remember him fondly. May God bless him and the family, friends and colleagues he leaves behind.
