I helped Nick on many occasion with talks and attending events but the one event that sticks out is the beer pairing event with food at Chelt. Food Festival. Great innovative event...and well attended and his love and knowledge shone through. He did so much for the sector in the area and will be sorely missed...such  larger than life character...RIP
